My Training
At the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, students learn innovative coaching methods, practical and implementable lifestyle management techniques, and different dietary theories including Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, Ketogenic, Whole30, IIN’s 90/10 diet, and many more.
My study in essential oils and aromatherapy was with Andrea Butje, the Alliance of International Aromatherapists’ Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, and Cindy Black, L.Ac., LMT, NCCAOM at Aromahead Institute, where I was certified as an Aromatherapist. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in therapeutic use of essential oils and the master of healing arts based on intensive science and practical hands-on techniques.
In my life outside of the health territory, I have been a research analyst for over 10 years. My mind is always interested in connecting the dots to see the big picture, uncovering stories, and revealing the hidden truth. In my leisure time, with a serious attitude and deep interest, I also study Energy Medicine and Medical Intuitive with Dr. Sue Morter, Dr. Jean Houston, and Caroline Myss.
Combining the broad spectrum of my education and years of studies in various health-related areas, I came to understand the complexity of the human’s well being and the undeniable connection between one’s mind, body, and spirit. I learned that health and illness can never simply be handled by labeling a diagnosis and prescribing an expensive drug or treatment plan, nor can it just be evaluated by a universal formula. I believe in a holistic approach with love and patience – this is how we can heal, feel good again, and succeed.
I work with my clients to help make habitual changes and craft personalized steps that produce real and lasting results. Clients will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for who they are. Improved energy, balance, health, happiness and passion for life are mostly experienced by the end of the program.
Life is not just to get by. It is meant for us to live it and be the best of us.
